Natalie was much more than a fitness professional. She was a devoted mother, loving daughter, caring sister, faithful friend, mentor, and a constant source of motivation for the many people she encouraged throughout her life. Whether inside the gym or beyond it, she believed in lifting others up and helping them discover the strength they often didn’t realize they possessed.
As the founder of NatFit504, Natalie dedicated herself to helping people become healthier, stronger, and more confident. She celebrated every milestone alongside her clients, offering unwavering encouragement during their most challenging moments. Her passion for fitness was matched only by her passion for people, and she made every individual feel valued, capable, and supported.
Above all else, Natalie cherished her family. She is survived by her beloved children, Lexi Gonzales (Jenna Parker) and Wade Parfait Jr. “Bubba,” who were the center of her world. She is also survived by her mother, Debra Olinde; her sister, Sherry Coulon (Archie Jr.); and her cherished godchildren, Brittany Goulon (Romain) and Dawson Vallee. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilfred Olinde, affectionately known as “Pappy.”
Family members remember Natalie as everyone’s biggest supporter. She never missed an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of those she loved, capturing life’s precious moments and sharing them with family and friends. Her intelligence, determination, and resilience inspired those around her, while her generous heart and unwavering optimism left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Natalie’s remarkable life on Friday, July 10, with visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, Louisiana. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home’s chapel, with interment afterward at Greenwood Cemetery.
Although Natalie’s journey ended far too soon, her legacy will continue through the countless people she inspired to become stronger—not only physically but emotionally and spiritually. Her love, encouragement, and unwavering belief in others will forever remain in the hearts of her family, friends, and everyone whose life she touched.
